British Sake Association Tasting @ Gaon 21 May'13

With elements of Japan and China, yet distinctive from either, this undiscovered cuisine is full of fascinating flavours. Sesame, chilli, beef with pear, jujube fruits, are just a few of the typical flavours and dishes which we have carefully selected to match a range of premium sake from Akita, supplied by Sam Sake.

Come along and learn more about Korean food, and how it is as interesting a match for sake as our recent Cheese and Sake Tasting was.

Sake will be presented by Oliver Hilton Johnson, and Shirley Booth will talk a little about Korean food.
