Time for Tea, Time for Sake and Time for Cocktails

Eastern wind of change, seam to inspire London bar scene with a new wave of sake based cocktails.
The Cocktail to top up receent Canton Tea Co. cocktail competition, was “Gravi -tea”. This amazing creation by Dynamic Bars blends delicious Hinomaru Ringo Masku (apple infused sake) and Yasmin tea (Canton Tea Co.) as a main ingredients. Shimmering garnish of the golden flakes gives a truly spectacular finish to this drink.
Also, Feng Sushi is just about to launch a new cocktails, featuring: “ The Rising Sun”, blend of Feng Yuzu sorbet (japanese lemon) and Sakura Hira Hira sake (made to celebrate Cherry Blossom season in Akita), toped up with Marachino cherry. This was the most successful cocktail served at Feng Sushi “Best Customer Night” back in March.
“Tokyo Terrace Tea” a perfect long drink to celebrate hot events at Royal Festival Hall this summer.
“Japoneska” where East meets Far East, blends with British summer and Feng-s with Akita sake.
All yummmmmy, and available alongside Hideyoshi “Lachamte” Sparkling Sake from 13th May at Royal Festival Hall and Borough Market branches.
